Pros: This product has been instrumental in helping my husband keep track of his heart rate so that he does not go into arrythmia again which has happened twice. Now he can pace himself and this has taken a very huge worry off of our minds. Cons: It did not have a very long lifespan; it physically broke within a couple of months. Try to build a sturdier product even if it will make the monitor cost a few more dollars. Other thoughts:

Pros: Easy to set up and use. I walk every day and this is easier than a pedometer, plus I can see how many additional steps or miles I walk either while gardening, shopping, etc. Perfect for my needs. Cons: Other thoughts:

Pros: Watch looks nice, is light and comfortable on wrist, clear and large display with very easy function set up and use. Excellent price. Cons: I tested the watch miles against my pedometer and it seemed to overstate mileage, but only slightly. Other thoughts: I've only had for a week, so I don't how well it will work for the long term. So far I'm happy!
