When we got other speakers before we were very sad about how grainy our t v was on noise.But now that we have this soundbar, it's made it so much better because we can hear so much better and listening to movies.Just makes it so more pleasing and gives us a better experience As a family.

While I do like the bass it has at normal volumes it seems overloaded for the lower volumes on the main speaker even if you turn the sub volume or bass down. I have 2 samsung surround sount systems and my q70t is definitely better but this model makes my parents happy so it's mainly for their use on their tv. They don't like it as loud as I do.

I have it connected to an LG TV and you set it up and it works fine, then you turn off the TV and turn it back on a few hours later and no sound. You have to go back and set it up again to get sound to play. If I had paid full price, this would be a return for sure. Look elsewhere for another (better) soundbar. The sound is an improvement compared to the TV internal speaker, but the constant issues of hearing that sound don't make it worth the refurbished price. Just my opinion.

Not good it keeps crashing It doesn't pair with the bass speaker. Only stay connected for 10 minutes. Some times it doesn't even connect

Well, it's okay. I wasn't stunned by the performance of this sound bar. It's the first one I've ever bought so, not exactly sure of what I was getting to start with. One thing I can say is that it tends to cut out on me from time to time, leaving me with NO audio whatsoever. Then I spend 20 - 30 minutes trying to figure out why no audio (from either the TV OR the sound bar). Eventually, somehow, I get the audio back. It works. When it works. It's not terrible. I use it over the TV speakers ALL the time because still, to this day, TV manufacturers won't put decent speakers IN the TV. If I bought another one, I'd probably move up and buy a better model. But the bottom line is, most of the time it works, and it IS better than the TV speakers alone.
