The Extended Warranty Program (provided by Mack) is designed to provide you with additional coverage for manufacturer defects. The Mack external storage/HD Extended Warranty offers you that peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.
This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The external storage/hard drive will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will restore the external storage/hard drive no charge to you (including all parts and labor).
When you purchase a Mack Extended Warranty, you are making a wise investment for your External Storage Device/HD. Mack Camera and Video Service, established in 1938, provides technical service for equipment ranging from 35mm Cameras to Digital Video Equipment, PDA's, DVD Players, GPS, Televisions, VCR's and Laptop Computers. Their repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and their technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, sand, grit, corrosion, impact, cracked, physically broken parts, or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user's location, and it does not include accessory expansion boards, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system. Accessories are not covered, included but not limited to, cables, batteries, ac adapters, remotes and software. Malfunctions resulting from the use of accessories, attachments, supplies, memory cards, parts or devices are not covered. This warranty is transferable for a $20.00 fee. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack or the manufacturer, it will be replaced with the same or an equivalent model based on the warranted unit current market value at our the discretion of Mack.
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service you must visit mackcam.com to arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number.
