The Mack Extended Warranty provides you with additional coverage for manufacturer defects on your camera, offering you peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.

This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for cameras up to $1500, for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Any manufacturer warranty that is included with your purchase runs in conjunction with this warranty during the time period that it covers.

The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no extra charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor). The diamond warranty covers damage that a normal warranty will not cover, such as:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Unintentional Abuse
  • Impact damage
  • San/Grit Damage
  • Mechanical Malfunctions
  • Excessive wear and tear

A Diamond warranty also includes:

  • 2 Free Camera CCD Cleanings for the Life of the Contract
  • 1 Free Video Head Cleaning Per Year for the Life of the Contract
  • Can be purchased within 3 consecutive repairs for the same reason

Never ever trust this company or buy their warranty it is practically useless in the best-case scenario they will return your money in a year+ time and will try to wear you down in every way possible.

Pros: Cons: Other thoughts: Oops. This warranty doesn't cover notebook computers! Needs to be more clear as to what's covered and what's not covered. One assumes 'portable electronics' includes portable computers.
