    I cannot describe to you how terrible this TV is. A TV should be as simple as plug in, power on, connect whatever you want, and play. The remote is crappy and overly complicate, the TV demands a setup on its native software for its most basic functions and it is overly complex and convoluted to use. Weirdest part, it talks to you. I had it for 2 days and I returned it immediately. There's a reason why the price keeps dropping on this thing.

    Product arrived damaged - whole screen was a spider web of cracks. The main problem is terrible customer service. Rather than processing a replacement, it has to be a return for refund and then I would need to purchase again. So after waiting a week to get the TV, having it arrive broken, I now have to put out more money, repackage the TV, take it to a shipping center, and then wait longer for another TV to arrive. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    Worst tvs I have ever owned is lg i had 2 and both had issues within 6 months one with wifi connection problems and one with picture and lg was no help waist of money and time refused to help or fix the issues

    Love the TV as well asmy b2 but cannot recommend LG anymore as with the last update I can no longer watch YouTube premium with screen off . Big deal breaker for me as I used to like listening to YouTube with screen off going to sleep.

    I bought this TV in July 2024 for my mother who is significantly hearing impaired. Her hearing aids have a receiver that can only be connected to the TV using an optical audio cable. Everything was working well until 2 nights ago when the optical audio port stopped functioning and the port will no longer hold the optical cable in place. We attempted to replace the audio cable with a brand new one and it did not stay in the port either. Now, my mother's TV that is only 8 months old, is essentially useless, as she is unable to hear anything without this set up. Called customer service and they were one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and basically offered no solution. What a waste - will never buy another LG product after this experience.

    BEWARE-Not worth the troubles

    BEWARE - Save yourself the trouble and pick it up yourself from a retailer. I'm sure the product would be great, but the shipping and customer service is abhorrent. The tv came across country, from California. I was told that they could schedule a drop off time, that didn't happen. It was left at the door. The screen was shattered into fine lines and there was huge puncture dent in the back frame. The box that it was shipped in was just what you would get off the shelf, not a proper shipping box for long travel. I have been on the phone every day with customer service waiting for a shipping label as there is only 14 days to return. Guess what? Still no return shipping label and it almost at the end mark for return. I am told every day that it's an extra 4 business days for the label. I need the shipping label in order to schedule a pickup as the local drop off locations do not take these large items. Save yourself the trouble and pay the extra $24 that was saved by getting the prior year model at the retail store. Not worth the headaches. Shame on you LG for having such poor support processes.

    I don't like having streaming app buttons on the remote or sponsored content on the TV home screen. I paid for an LG TV, so why should I see content from other apps on it? I respect the LG brand, but it feels unnecessary and frustrating to have buttons for streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime on the remote.

    I bought this today after seeing how good the picture quality was in store. Got it home and set it up and the picture quality is night and day difference from the store. The AI upscaling that is used is absolute trash. This TV is amazing when looking at 4k content (which is what is used to demo at the store), but for watching tv everything is blurry and grainy and not watchable.
