PLEASE NOTE: When using the electric pizza oven indoors you must ensure that proper ventilation procedure is observed - use your kitchen exhaust fan or range hood, open windows, or other outdoor openings to keep a constant flow of fresh air. It is also imperative that all placement instructions found in the manual are followed. We recommend that grill-type foods are cooked outdoors as they can give off smoke (like when you cook a burger on the stove top). When first using this product, you may want to operate at max heat once before cooking food so any residues from the assembly can burn off. Any odors will dissipate.
