Autumn Sunrise
There is nothing more beautiful than a fall sunrise. Fall is golden, just like the sun. Naturally, the setting has already been made for you by nature so you can wake up early and enjoy watching as the sun as it rises, while its golden rays beam on you and your loved ones. Together, just for a moment to forget about the busy day ahead, or any woes of grief, just pure relaxation, comfort, and love with the people you care about most. This is a great way to begin your day, although you can easily decide to go see a sunset as well.
Preparation
It won’t take much effort to prepare for this easy but memorable moment. All you need is to choose the right day in advance. There are a few important things you will need to check as well as some extra things you can do to make it even more special
- Check the weather the day before. You wouldn’t want to wake up early to grey skies. Partly cloudy can be ok if the clouds surround the sun and do not block it.
- Brew your favorite fall beverages and have breakfast ready for afterwards. Fall is all about coffee, tea, cinnamon, and spice.
- Say something special to set the mood.
- Use your camera to take some pictures of the sunrise. It’s beautiful and easy to remember the occasion when you look at the photo in the future. You don’t want to be in the shot itself, that requires too much preparation and stress to look good. However, it is ok to setup your camera to take an artistic shot from behind you, featuring your shaded silhouette looking over a stunning sunrise background.
Festivals
Some of the best fun fall activities are outdoors. From pumpkin festivals and harvest festivals to a fall scavenger hunt, outdoor fall activities are tremendous fun. Breathing in the fresh autumn air while enjoying iconic fall activities makes for a great day with your family or a nice date to go on with someone special.
There are a lot of exciting things to do and see at your local fall festivals. Between the autumn styled environments, food, shopping, and of course the games, hours can fly by as there is so much to be busy with. Since harvests can usually last a while, and they tend to take a considerable amount of time for many to drive to, it’s important you prepare.
- Check the weather and dress appropriately. Even an extra jacket just in case.
- Although most of these festivals do sell food it’s a good idea to still bring some light snacks, especially if you’re with kids.
- Bring a camera, there will be some iconic moments throughout the day that you will want to remember forever.
If you’re a do-it-yourself type of person, create your own mini harvest festival right in your own backyard. You can set up a movie to keep your kids busy when you need time for other matters. Entertainment is great. But make it fun and special.
Using a projector is an iconic memorable way to be entertained. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing to see the projector beam onto the surface screen, but it’s fun and reminds you of being at the movies. Most projectors are also portable, so if the weather permits it, you can even have an outdoor fall movie. Especially if you have decorated your yard full of Halloween decorations, it would be an amazing place to watch a scary movie.
