Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Ingredients
¼ cup ground coffee
1 tsp. ground allspice
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
4 cups water
2 tsp. half-and-half cream, or to taste
1 tsp. white sugar, or to taste
Directions
Mix the ground coffee, allspice, and cinnamon in a small bowl
Place into the filter of a drip coffee maker like the Cuisinart Brew Central 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker
Pour 4 cups of water into the coffee maker, and turn on the machine.
When coffee has finished dripping, pour into 2 cups.
Stir in cream and sugar to taste.
Pumpkin Spice Lattes
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients
2 tbsp. canned pumpkin
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk
1 to 2 shots espresso, or 1cup very strong coffee
¼ cup heavy cream, whipped until firm peaks form
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the pumpkin, pumpkin pie
spice and a generous helping of black pepper for 2 minutes or until it’s hot.
Stir constantly.
Add the sugar and stir until the mixture looks like bubbly thick syrup.
Whisk in the milk and vanilla extract. Warm gently over medium heat, watching
carefully to make sure it doesn’t boil over.

Makes 1 ¾ cups
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups heavy cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 – 2 cinnamon sticks
Directions:
In small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin, maple
syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
Add cinnamon sticks and increase heat to medium-high.
Bring to boil, whisking occasionally, for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let
cool in pan 5 minutes before using in your coffee.
Add whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
Skinny Pumpkin Frappuccino
Makes 2 small or 1 large
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cold coffee
1 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk)
¼ cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup (or equal amount of honey, agave, or 4 packets stevia or other sweetener)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
Light whipped cream, optional
Directions:
