You’ve gone from the season that almost didn’t happen, to being just days away from the Big Game! Even if your favorite team didn’t even make it to the playoffs, the Big Game is always a fun time for all! It’s also the perfect excuse to prepare delicious food to enjoy with family or close friends in front of the big screen TV! Here are some ideas on what to serve for the Big Game this year that require very little prep time!
Pull Apart Bread
The most important thing about the food you serve for the Big Game is that it is easy to grab and go. This pull apart bread will foot the bill. Just pull and eat. Simply cut a loaf of French bread leaving about ¼” of the bottom uncut. Stuff the bread with tomatoes, cheese and basil. Bake the bread in your countertop convection oven to melt the cheese.
Wings
Watching the Big Game with your AT&T TV wouldn’t be complete without chicken wings! Skip the upset stomachs and antacids by air frying your wings this year. They will come out nice and crispy when you use the Deco Chef Air Fryer from Buydig.com. Your friends and family will thank you later when they don’t have that miserable, bloated feeling that usually comes from deep fried wings.
Chili
Chances are, your temperatures won’t reach above the freezing mark the day of the Big Game. You’ll probably want something warm and hearty to serve for the Big Game. Cook up some chili and beans in your Dutch Oven a few hours before the Big Game. Be warned. You may find it difficult keeping everyone from scooping out a bowl before the Big Game starts once they smell those delicious spices simmering on the stove!
Pizza
Step up your pizza game on game day instead of ordering delivery. They’ll probably be backed up anyway. Bake your very own, fresh from the oven instead. Get creative by trying out new toppings like pineapple, roasted pumpkin, goat cheese, fried eggs or shrimp!
Sliders
Too cold to man the grill outside for the Big Game? No problem! Grill up some tasty sliders on your George Foreman Indoor Grill from Buydig.com right on your kitchen counter. Your friends will enjoy the same grilled taste while you avoid frostbite!
Popcorn
What’s a Big Game without popcorn? Set up your Cuisinart EasyPop Hot Air Popcorn Maker in the corner of the room so your Samsung Smart TV is never out of your view when making a “concession stand” run.
Ice, Ice, Baby
Don’t mess with buying bags of ice ahead of the Big Game. You’ll only have to use up precious freezer space trying to store those bags. Instead, use the Deco Chef Stainless Steel Compact Electric Ice Maker to keep extra ice on hand for the Big Game.
Desserts
After eating all the pizza, chili, sliders and wings, make sure you save plenty of room for some yummy desserts! Whip up some yummy Big Game themed cupcakes or a football shaped cake with your Cuisinart 9-Speed Hand Mixer w/ Storage Case. Top these off with some homemade ice cream made using your ice cream maker!
The Morning After
No matter which team wins the Big Game, you might be a little sluggish the next morning following the Big Game. Make sure you have your Cuisinart 12 Cup Coffee Maker programmed to start brewing before you wake up so you can have a piping hot fresh cup of coffee to get you on your way!
Serve up these favorites for the Big Game, and spend more time watching, less time prepping!
