Pros: clear calls, came quick, nice looking, cool aux charging case. Cons: [...] Tried to watch a movie and found out it is outdated technology that only handles calls, nothing else. If your going to try to watch a movie, youtube, listen to music, etc, the audio bounces back to the speaker. Am I the only one who uses my phone and earpiece for something other than phone calls? Contacted Plantronics and they said they hadn't been selling this unit for 'quite some time'. So re-furbished apparently means 'close-out' or 'fire sale'. Again, if all you want it for is calls, its fine. Other thoughts: As a back up for the car to make sure I don't get a ticket, its usable, but I bought one at 5 below for 5 bucks that was pretty close to this in functionality, if not as pretty. Wish I hadn't wasted my introductory coupon on it.

No problems with it. I mostly use this in the car and am very happy with it so far. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability.

I was hesitant about the earpiece as I really dislike the product falling off my head while I'm talking. This design is, by far, the most comfortable I've ever had. My callers have commented that it doesn't even sound like I'm on a headset, even while driving in my car, for which I use it most. Excellent item, great quality and if it ever goes bad, I'll certainly look at purchasing another!

Because they are so convenient, I simply lost them. Finding this headset at BUYDIG was a wonderful discovery. I bought two of the refurbished. It is light and easy to put on. It has agood fit. Sometimes it gets a little static if i walk to far away, doesnt go the 30 ft. that it says, but if i keep my phone with me it works great. My calls tell me that they cant hear the wind noise when i am driving, which is awesome. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a good bluetooth, and doesnt want to spend hundreds of dollars.

Works well, sounds good, looks OK if dated. Outside is another story. People complain that the sound is muddy and I am hard to hear. Even a light wind is a problem.
